Working with teams

There is no doubt that the actions and efforts of your team to welcome and include disabled people when they visit, explore, use your services set the tone for the experience and what people will go away and tell other people.

It's no surprise perhaps that the most meaningful things people speak about are the small things that people do, they say or they offer. It shows very quickly when a team are confident of the product and their ability to welcome everyone.
